Food ordering forms based on family size

In order to improve our food distribution operations WCHS has created three online food selection forms based on your family size.  Food pantry clients can select the appropriate link to the form and then fill out the form to select the types of foods they would like included in their monthly food distribution.  Our staff will pack the food and have it ready in a cart when you arrive.   

Be sure to include your phone number so we can call you to schedule your appointment.  Not all items may be available at all times. We will fill requests to the best of our ability. Substitutions may be made as needed.

If you are a new client, please call in first so our staff can make sure you qualify based on income.
